  • Google Workspace – for email and internal communication.
  • Hosting and infrastructure partners – when we host websites for clients.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK (eg. Google in the US). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on approved safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect your data.

6. How Long We Keep It

  • Contact and billing details: kept for as long as we work with you, and as required by accounting and legal rules (typically up to 6 years after our working relationship ends).
  • Analytics data: stored for a limited period in an anonymised, aggregated format.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
